PET Pelletizing Line uses SHJ series parallel twin screw extruder, is suitable for producing PET granules from clean PET flakes.This machine is composed by SHJ parallel twin screw extruder, die, hydraulic screen exchanger,plastic strand die head, water cooling tank, cutter, silo.

This machine is mainly used in PET, PVC and other high viscosity materials. with good performance, high output, less power consumption cost per kilogram, and easy operation.

The machine can reduce less loss of the viscosity of the raw material.

electric control system

1. 3x380v, AC 50 Hz. (customizable)
2. Independent operation cabinet
3. The main electrical control elements are Schneider products

5. The main motor is AC motor 55kW, and the speed control device of twin screw host is frequency converter
6. The speed control device of feeder is frequency conversion governor
7. The temperature control instrument adopts dual channel and intelligent type, with one temperature control in each zone.
8. The range of pressure gauge is 0 ~ 25MPa
9. Solenoid valve is used as solenoid valve
10. Heating is controlled by temperature control meter through Yudian solid state relay, and high temperature resistant wire is used
11. Electrical control cabinet control includes: temperature control system; drive system; interlocking control system

Interlocking control system

1. The oil lubrication system is interlocked with the main engine, that is, the main engine can be started only after the oil pump is started.
2. The feeding system is interlocked with the main engine, that is, the feeder can be started only after the main engine is started.
3. The pressure system is interlocked with the main engine, that is, when overpressure occurs, both the host and the feed will stop working.
4. The current is interlocked with the main engine, that is, when the current is over-current, both the host and the feed will stop working.
